Abstract:

A method of vascular perfusion in human cadavers was elaborated. This method might be considered suitable for investigations on disturbances of the blood flow through arteries. Preliminary comparative study, using the method if artifical circulation, was carried out on living and the same killed dogs. It was shown, that as well the fluid flow rate as well pressure curves in cadavers were similar to those observed in living animals. The further stage of the research consisted in elaboration of the techniques of artificial circulation within blood vessels of human cadavers
