Abstrakt:

Wzrost mobilności, zarówno krótko- jak i długookresowej, jest charakterystyczny dla współczesnego społeczeństwa. Dotyczy to zarówno wyjazdów krajowych jak i międzynarodowych. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie przemian międzynarodowej mobilności Polaków w latach 2007‑2017 z uwzględnieniem uwarunkowań tych przemieszczeń tj. rozwoju infrastruktury transportowej i usług transportowych. Przeprowadzone badanie wykazało, że mobilność zagraniczna Polaków zwiększa się. Głównymi motywacjami podróży są wyjazdy turystyczne, następnie cele związane z pracą zawodową oraz odwiedziny krewnych i znajomych. Najczęściej wykorzystywanym środkiem transportu jest samolot i samochód osobowy, przy czym w pierwszym przypadku odnotowano duży wzrost udziału przewozów lotniczych, a w drugim niewielki spadek. Znacząco zmniejszył się udział przewozów autokarowych. Głównymi krajami docelowymi wyjazdów Polaków są (ogółem tj. wszystkie motywacje): Niemcy, Czechy i Hiszpania. Wyjazdy Polaków do wschodnich sąsiadów (szczególnie do Rosji i na Białoruś) stanowią bardzo mały odsetek wszystkich przepływów międzynarodowych.
