The formation of market prices of agricultural real estate in the recent years has been affected by the limited supply of agricultural land and external conditions related to the functioning of Polish agriculture in the European economy, in particular the system of subsidies granted to agricultural land. The analysis includes sale of agricultural property from the Agricultural Property Agency (APA) resource (national market) and the private market. The data was obtained from the Central Statistical Office for the years 2005–2013 and the Agricultural Property Agency OT Olsztyn since 2004. Analysis of spatial differentiation concerning the level of transaction prices by regions has been conducted.
