Abstract:Kontakty ziem polskich z Wielkimi Morawami w kontekście ogólnoeuropejskim stanowią istotną kwestię w badaniach nad genezą kultury wczesnopolskiej. Aby lepiej określić charakter i natężenie oddziaływań wielkomorawskich, rozszerzono dość znacznie ramy chronologiczne, sięgając niekiedy do początków wczesnego średniowiecza, a także do połowy XI w. Rozpatrując sytuację w okresie przed powstaniem Wielkich Moraw, uwzględniono też szerszy, naddunajski krąg kulturowy. Przedmiotem analizy są reprezentatywne elementy kultury materialnej oraz zjawiska ze sfery ekonomicznej, czytelne poprzez źródła archeologiczne i numizmaty
