Abstract:

This article is an attempt of depicting and reporting wooden elements from early medieval cemetery in Poznań-Śródka till now discovered. This collection consists of wooden bucket remains, graves constructions and charcoal noted inside hearth probably connected with this cemetery. Artefacts from Poznań-Śródka are shown on a background of some selected polish cemeteries and of some are alike ones from others parts of Slavonic territory, mainly its western part
