Fotografia przedstawia rodzinę ośmioosobową pozującą do zdjęcia we wnętrzu mieszkania. Na pierwszym planie widać trzy dziewczynki w wieku około od 4 do 12 lat ubrane w takie same białe sukienki z tzw. marynarskimi kołnierzami. Po ich prawej stronie siedzi starszy mężczyzna w ciemnym garniturze i białej koszuli z muszką, a po lewej, bokiem, siedzi kobieta w czarnej sukni. Za stołem stoją kilkunastoletnia dziewczyna i dwaj młodzieńcy. Dziewczyna ubrana jest w białą sukienkę z krótkimi rękawami a chłopcy w garnitury. Na ścianie za nimi wisi duży zegar ścienny, po obu jego stronach widoczne są obrazki (prawdopodobnie o treści religijnej) widoczne tylko w części. Na stole, w smukłym i wysokim szklanym flakonie stoją kwiaty. Wszystkie widoczne na zdjęciu osoby mają poważny wyraz twarzy ; Zdjęcie jest słabej jakości

Description:

The photograph shows an eight-person family posing for a picture inside the apartment. In the foreground you can see three girls around the age of 4 to 12 years old dressed in the same white dress with the so-called sailor collars. After the right side of girls sits an older man in a dark suit and a white shirt with a bow tie, and on the left sits a woman in a black dress. Behind the table stand a teenage girl and two young men. The girl is dressed in a white dress with short sleeves and boys in suits. On the wall behind them hangs a big wall clock, on both its sides are visible pictures (probably of religious content) visible only in part. On the table, in a slim and high glass flacon stands a bouquet of flowers. All people seen in a photo have a serious expression on their faces ; The photo is of poor quality ; The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village).
