The photo depicts a man with a dark, prominent moustache dressed in a long dark jacket, a waistcoat, knickerbockers, white knee socks and with a hat on his head. The photo was taken in a photographic studio. The man is standing leaning against of a table covered with a tablecloth, with a small vase of flowers on top of it. On the back of the photo there is the following inscription: "The photo depicts my father's grandfather - Ignacy (...); I believe that it was taken around 1926" ; The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village).
