Object description:

Szpila z beczułkowatą główką – Łuszczewo, gm. Skulsk, pow. Konin. Do analizy pobrano dwie próbki: CL-569A i CL-569B

Method of analysis:

Wstępne szlifowanie odbywało się na papierach karborundowych o ziarnistości 220, 320, 400 i 600 na mokro, następnie próbki wypolerowano w zwykły sposób na filcu za pomocą tlenku glinu. Próbki trawiono odczynnikiem składającym się z: 1 cz.25% NH3 + 1 cz.3% H202. Stosowano trawienie przez pocieranie w czasie od 3 do 15 sek.

Results:

Próbka CL - 569 A - W stanie nietrawionym zaobserwowano bardzo dużą ilość porów powstałych na skutek wykruszania się wtrąceń niemetalicznych oraz znaczną ilość tlenków miedzi. Po wytrawieniu ujawniono strukturę krystaliczną o ziarnie nierównomiernej wielkości z bliźniakami. Przedmiot wykonano na drodze kucia prawdopodobnie na gorąco. Próbka CL - 569 B - W stanie nietrawionym zaobserwowano nieliczne pory. Po wytrawianiu stwierdzono budowę dendrytyczną. Przedmiot wykonano na drodze lania
