Object description:

Naramiennik – Pamiątkowo, gm. Szamotuły, p. Poznań. ; Do analiz pobrano dwie próbki: CL-54A i CL-54B.

Method of analysis:

Wstępne szlifowanie odbywało się na papierach karborundowych o ziarnistości 220, 320, 400 i 600 na mokro, następnie próbki wypolerowano w zwykły sposób na filcu za pomocą tlenku glinu. Próbki trawiono odczynnikiem składającym się z: 1 cz.25% NH3 + 1 cz.3% H202. Stosowano trawienie przez pocieranie w czasie od 3 do 15 sek.

Results:

Próbka CL - 54 A. W stanie nietrawionym zaobserwowano znaczną ilość dużych i małych porów powstałych na skutek wykruszania się wtrąceń niemetalicznych - prawdopodobnie tlenków. Występują również bardzo nieliczne wtrącenia siarczków. W stanie trawionym stwierdzono strukturę dendrytyczną materiału lanego z wydzieleniami drobnej fazy niezidentyfikowanej podczas badań. Twardość: 116 HV 0,1 ; Próbka CL - 54 B. W stanie nietrawionym zaobserwowano znaczną ilość dużych i małych porów powstałych na skutek wykruszania się wtrąceń niemetalicznych - prawdopodobnie tlenków. Występują również bardzo nieliczne wtrącenia siarczków. W stanie trawionym stwierdzono strukturę dendrytyczną materiału lanego z wydzieleniami drobnej fazy niezidentyfikowanej podczas badań. Twardość: 165 HV 0,1
