These are remains of windowpanes prepared for the glazing of windows during refurbishment and construction work in the castle building following its destruction in 1656. This paper contains descriptions of those finds including formal, metric and morphological features of the material, structure of the surface and evidence of technical procedures, the character of finds and the reason for the creation of the glass deposit. Fieldwork during these two seasons was focused on settlement changes between the Final Neolithic and Middle Minoan (MM) II periods, Middle Minoan peak sanctuaries and the identification of all the occupation phases at the defensible Late Minoan (LM) IIIC sites studied in the past and published in the book “Defensible Sites in Crete, c. 1200–800 B.C.” (2000). Nearly 30 new Final Neolithic sites complement the Gazetteer published in the book entitled “Final Neolithic Crete and the Southeast Aegean” (2014). Especially important in this group are sites from the early phase of the Final Neolithic (FN I), much more poorly represented in archaeological evidence than those of the late phase (FN II). Another important result of the most recent research was the identification of a series of short-lived FN II–EM I sites on defensible hills and ridges along the northern edge of the Asterousia Mountains, immediately above the Mesara plain, often near the later, much more stable EM–MM settlements. This group of sites may shed new light on the interpretation of settlement expansion from the southern coast across the Asterousia Mountains at this time, and the origins and development of the tholos tombs in southern Crete. The 2014–15 fieldwork also brought to light several new peak sanctuaries, two in the East Siteia region, two in the southern part of central Crete, and two in the Rethymnon Isthmus. In this text, the space and everyday life of the settlement have been described from two different perspectives. The first one is the perspective of a former resident of the town who from his personal memories and videotapes has constructed the image of the communist mini-utopia of the past. The second perspective belongs to the Efterklang band whose members have come to the ghost town to complete a musical project. Most of the Euro-American discourse formed around drug use stresses the individual loss of self-control related to drug use. This paper is located within those critical studies of drug use, which challenge the notion that regular drug users are deprived of agency in their interaction with psychoactive substances. During my fieldwork among drug users in Warsaw, I got the impression that psychoactive substances can be treated as a tool for altering the state of the human mind, which can be employed in various ways and controlled by the user. Still, this tool is a dangerous one and cannot always be fully subject to human agency. Based on case studies, I analyse the functions of drugs for the users and their intentions regarding use. The ethnographic exploration of individual drug use trajectories is a starting point for the further consideration of the process of negotiating agency with psychoactive substances. Mao sent the mango to the Worker-Peasant Mao Zedong Thought Propaganda Teams which were just pacifying the Qinghua University in Beijing. During the research of the last three decades, 48 archaeological sites, previously unknown to researchers of this problem, were discovered, containing the remains of 124 dogs. In addition to the so-called dog burial under the floors of houses, under fire pit stones, in pottery kilns and bloomeries or in wells, the remains are also disposed in garbage pits.
