 abstract={The author discusses in this article the results of typologie analysis of a stove tile complex, discovered in the course of studies of the castle in Wleń in the southern Poland. The analysis made it possible to recognize two complexes of tiles differentiated according to the stylistic and technical aspects, as well as to date them to the 2nd half of the 16th century. At the same time the complex was successfully systematized according to the functions of different types of tiles in old-time stoves, and their original look reconstructed},
