Circulated among the Polish intellectuals in Vilnius, a satirical text styled on the diary written by a participant in the Lithuanian Congress, an organist from Koźliszki Mieczysłowas Dławidudauskas who described the situation in German-controlled Vilnius when the foundations of Lithuanian statehood were being formed.
