Description:

Bank voles Clethrionomys glareolus and wood mice Apodemus sylvaticus coexist in many areas although they potentially complete for food and micro-habitat. We report the observation of their bahavioural interactions at a bait point. No clear bahavioural relationship was found. This might be an important factor promoting their coexistence.
