Description:

Experiments on embryo transfer was carried out from 1981 to 1982 on a total number of 7 hinds. In four hinds for oestrus synchronisation prostaglandin were used. Various doses of PMSG were given to stimulate superovulation. In three hinds the spontaneous oestrus were utilized. One embryo was frozen for later transfer.
