Description:

During two lactation periods, the milk produced by three hinds of different age was investigated as to the variation in dry matter, fat, lactose, ash as well as calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and phosporus contents. Besides, the content of fatty acids was determined in the milk fat and the proteins.
