The paper presents the results of histomorphological studies on the testes of European bison and domestic cattle hybrids (6 individuals of generation B2 - 1/8 European bison; 1 B3 1/16 European bison; 1 F1). A morphological description of the testes is given and the course of spermatogenesis traced.
