Electronmicroscopy analysis revealed almost unchanged cardiomyocytes morphology in some parts of the biopsy.The arrangemen tof sarcomeres in the seareas was preserved, most of the nuclei were normal but some of them were characterized by indentation sin the nuclear envelope
