Abstract:

The paper considers buying/selling prices of CO2 emission permits in the trading model with uncertainty. It is assumed that the commonly omitted factor, in standard models, can have a significant influence on trading market. Thus, a more realistic trade model is built and compared with the standard one. To accomplish this goal, several important changes are introduced to the standard model. Additionally, a new method of simulating such market based on a specialized evolutionary algorithm method (EA) is used.
