Muscle segment examination in light & electron microscopy

Abstract:

Muscle: biceps sinistri. Ultrastructural analysis showed features of primary muscle damage characterized bynecrotic fibers with phagocytosis, myofibril loss in both types of fiberschanges in the structure of mitochondria with their edema and changes in the shape of the testicles with themcorrugation.Conclusions: Morphological picture typical for primary muscular injury under considerationthe possibility of nucleopathy should be taken.
