Abstract:

The paper presents analysis includes finances of local governments and of other institutions which belong to the local government sector as defined in the SNA and other compatible methodologies. Comparative analysis, which bases on all institutions of the local sector, not solely on local governments, presents a complete picture of the local sector, and of the whole public sector.
