Abstract:

The paper adresses the optimal control problems with initial-final state equality and inequality constraints and control inequality constraints given by smooth functions satisfying the hypothesis of linear independence of gradients of active control constraints. For such problems, second-order sufficient conditions of a bounded strong minimum with quadratic growth of "violation function" are derived.
