Abstract:

In the article we present reliability sampling plans by attributes and variables which are useful in reliability practice. For sampling plans by variables, we present procedures valid in cases of the exponential and the Weibull distributions of lifetimes. We consider different types of sampling plans with different types of censoring. Special attention is devoted to procedures described in international standards related to reliability.
