Electronmicroscopy analysis revealed degenerating muscle fibers with numerous nuclei surrounded by connective tissue. In perimuscular space endothelial blood vessels with morphological features of necrosis were present . Myotube-like fibers with focal Z-line structures and numerous lysosomes were observed.
