Abstract:

The subepicardial lymphatic network of the cardiac ventricles in human and pig hearts has been studied. The lymphatic vessels were injected with Paris blue and chloroform by the method described by the Lwow anatomopathologist D.D.Zerbino. The subepicardial lymphatic network of the cardiac ventricles was more abundant and morphologically more highly differentiated than in the hearts of pigs
