CONCLUSION:A cadaver artificial circulation may give some ideas as to the physicals.1.With the lowerning of the points of artery obstruction in the lower externity the outflow from the posterior tribal artery decreased. 2. The internal iliac artery and deep femoral artery are the most important ways of collateral circulation. The participation the cither of them in peripheral circulation to 10-20 percent. 3.The pluse wave was not transferred through collaterals except for two situations: when simultaneously the common iliacor external iliac artery were closd and the internal iliac artery remained unobstructed, or when simultaneously the common fermoral orsuperficial fermoral arteries were closed and the deep fermoral artery was free obstruction. The pluse amplitude did not excead 5 mmg. 4. The critical value of artery lumen constiction was 20 precent, at which point vascular olisturbances appeared. 5. The palpatory feeling of the pluse wave depended on the pluse amplitude width irrespective of absolute values of the arterial pressure.
