Dominant species included Pisidium amnicum (L.) andSphaerium rivicola (L.) among bivalves, and Bithynia tentaculata (L.) and Lymnaea stagnalis (L.) among snails. Unio pictorum(L.),a protected species, was recorded in the upper course and at the river mouth.
