The analysis was based on the considerations of Jun’ichirō Tanizaki, from which the features of cultural patterns of shaping light in the aesthetics of praise of chiaroscuro were identified, consisting not only in strongly limiting light in in-teriors, but first of all in favoring the diffused, soft, side, but also static light, , filtered many times and strong-ly separated from its source. These features are discussed in the examples. Consequences of the aesthetics of praising chiaroscuro for the perception and evaluation of architecture are indicated.}, type={Text}, title={Kulturowe podstawy modyfikowania światła słonecznego we wnętrzu architektonicznym.
