 abstract={The article describes the concept of accessibility, which in the late 2020 and early 2021 gained much popularity in Poland due to the new legal regulations coming into force. These changes require all public institutions to provide architectural, information and communication accessibility to all recipients, including people with various types of disabilities. The issue of disability is the main topic of the article. On the example of three projects conducted by cultural institutions, the author shows how, thanks to changes in the definition of disa-bility and the resulting legal changes, it is possible to design culture in the city as accessible to all.},
