This variation has occurred very commonly in different types of cultures and speciesand the frequency of mutations could reach several percent of a locus.This article concerns information about characterization, genetic basis and factors which generate somaclonal variation. It also shows that some of genetic phenomena occured only as a consequence of tissue culture. The knowledge about somaclonal variation is presented in terms of its implications for breeding}, title={Somaclonal variation as a source of genetic variability}, type={Text}, URL={http://www.rcin.org.pl/Content/180509/PDF/POZN271_214795_biotechnologia-1991-no3-4-nadolska.pdf}, keywords={biotechnology}, }
