The idea presented, is to replace the emission reduction with a combination of reduction and uncertainty, where the latter is to be modelled using deterministic and stochastic methods. The discussion of the solution is presented and followed by the issue of emission trading in the presence of uncertainty.}, title={Rules for control of emissions of pollutants and marketable permits under high observation uncertainty.The greenhouse gases case}, type={Text}, URL={http://www.rcin.org.pl/Content/109549/PDF/RB-2003-32.pdf}, keywords={Environment pollution, Greenhouse gases emission, Air pollution}, }
