Polish Academy of Sciences}, language={eng}, abstract={The paper focuses on the analysis of uncertainty in greenhouse gas emission inventories, stressing the importance of uncertainty assessment, as for most countries under the Kyoto Protocol, the agreed emission changes are of the same order of magnitude, as the uncertainty that underlies their combined emissions estimates. The available methods to analyze the uncertainty in the emission changes, agreed to realize by a specified point in time, are implemented and compared.
