 abstract={Authors present a concept of nested markets, which describes a mechanism of stimulation of local communities based on endogenous resources. This is also a new way of looking at the possibilities for the development of rural areas based on endogenous resources. This concept, as the authors try to prove, results from recent debates about the model of rural development, especially issues like: multi-functionality, neo-endogenous development, and governance. The authors attempt to show where, under which conditions, and with what kind of resources, this concept can become a method for rural development in Poland.},
