In the presented work the bacteriostatic activity of several antibiotics onA. rhizogenes strains was tested. Different concentration of antibiotics belonging to the types ofcefalosporin 11 and 111 generation, P-lactam and fluorochinolon were tested for elimination of thebacteria from transformed tissue. Out of all tested combinations, the mixture of carbenicilin andcefotaksym (claforan) was the most efficient for A. rhizogenes strains elimination from transformed plant tissues.
