Search for: [Abstract = "In 2007–2009, Site 5 in Nieprowice was covered by a detailed inventory conducted by the archaeologists and students from the Institute of Archaeology, University of Warsaw. The works were carried out in the framework of a research project assuming the verification of settlement sites belonging to the La Tène period. Numerous traces from Neolithic, Bronze Age, Iron Age and Medieval settlements were found. Important discoveries relating to the Pomeranian and La Tène culture, despite the significant progress in the surface surveys of this region, remain relatively rare.
