Abstract:

Opracowanie metodą palinologiczną osadów dennych Gopła pozwoliło na prześledzenie zmian szaty roślinnej i klimatu najbliższych okolic jeziora w czasie od najstarszego dryasu, poprzez wszystkie okresy późnoglacjalne i holoceńskie, do chwili obecnej. Zebrany materiałdostarczył również licznych danych dotyczących osadnictwa na omawianym terenie. Pierwsze ślady obecności człowieka stwierdzono w starszej fazie okresu atlantyckiego, a na granicy z fazą młodszą początek osadnictwa. Wyróżniono cztery fazy osiedleńcze, które do pewnego stopnia synchronizują się z kolejnymi kulturami rozwijającymi się nad Gopłem
